For garages and workshops in Switzerland that want to keep customers, vehicles, quotes, invoices and payments in one place. The owner invites their staff; each garage works in its own separate area.
Does Werkpult create QR-bills with VAT?
Yes. Every invoice includes the Swiss QR payment part with the reference your bank requires and is checked before it is sent. Werkpult calculates VAT rates and rounding to 5 centimes automatically.
Which languages does Werkpult support?
The interface and documents are available in German, French, Italian and English. You create quotes, invoices and reminders in your customer’s language.
Which devices does Werkpult run on?
Werkpult runs in the browser on PC, Mac, tablet and phone – in the office and in the workshop, in light or dark mode. There is nothing to install.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on servers in Germany, i.e. in the EU. Each garage is kept separate from the others, with regular backups. We process your data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Can I take over my existing customer data?
Yes, existing customer data can be taken over. Write to us about what you use today and we will arrange the takeover with you.
